    The service was just okay, left much to be desired. I selected the wing options, found the food very affordable and not bad.

    I was in the drive thru and was told they weren't serving milkshakes when very clearly they were inside the store. The line was backed up very far so I'd imagine this had something to do with it. Bad excuse for being flat out lazy. Would not recommend

    Waited 23 Minutes for our food. Sent my daughter inside to see how how much longer it was going to be. She walked in and the girl Was on her phone with our food bagged ready to go. My daughter waited for a minute and the girl walked off, got off her phone and then decided to hand her out food. Food was cold I would have expected hot food after waiting for more than 20 minutes.

    Service is so slow. I ordered my food 20 mins. ago and have not received it. Definitely do not go if you don't have 1-2 hours to wait.

    This is the second time we've experienced uncooked chicken from this Krystal's. Do not ever eat here. It's hard as a rock and not even slightly cooked with the breading falling off
